\u00a0 L’entrepreneuriat au f\u00e9minin<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Les r\u00e8gles, les lunes, les ragnagnas(etc….) Un audit corporel \u00e0 disposition?<\/p>\n

Au d\u00e9but de mes ann\u00e9es d’entrepreneur je consid\u00e9rai cela comme un frein.
Douleurs, manque d’\u00e9nergie, organisation pour les \u00e9v\u00e8nements, etc…..<\/p>\n

Et je me suis dit : la nature est bien faite, pourquoi nous aurait-elle handicap\u00e9s?
Quel bienfait, b\u00e9n\u00e9fices pourrais-je tirer de cette situation?<\/p>\n

Je vous raconte mon histoire du mois:<\/p>\n

Boom : premier jour de r\u00e8gle en tant qu’entrepreneuse:<\/p>\n

Avant :
“Ah merde!! Ce n’est pas le moment!!!
Quelques heures plus tard:
Je commence \u00e0 me ronger les ongles et \u00e0 remettre en cause toute ma strat\u00e9gie.
Je me sens mal, j’ai envie de pleurer ou de me mettre en col\u00e8re toutes les 3 mn.
Je ne sais plus o\u00f9 j’en suis.<\/p>\n

Je suis pr\u00eate \u00e0 sauter sur n’importe quel accompagnement qui me rassure, ou amis qui pourraient potentiellement m’aider, suivre n’importe quelle lumi\u00e8re pour peu qu’elle me sorte de mon grand flou.<\/p>\n

Je me culpabilise de procrastiner et de ne pas avoir assez d’\u00e9nergie J’ai envie d’annuler tous mes rendez-vous!!”<\/p>\n

Aujourd’hui:<\/p>\n

J’accepte de ne pas \u00eatre hyper productive parce qu’\u00e0 ce moment l\u00e0,
Nous avons une autre mission:<\/p>\n

Regarder le mois qui vient de passer.<\/p>\n

C’est un peu comme une auto\u00e9valuation avec nettoyage int\u00e9gr\u00e9.
C’est le moment de prendre du recul parce que si tu ne le fais pas \u00e7a dans ton entreprise, tu as le nez dans le guidon!!
Et quand tu as le nez dans le guidon, tu vas te scratcher.
C’est le check up, le bilan quoi!<\/p>\n

Ainsi que les veilles sages d’Afrique autrefois, ce moment, est le moment pour penser, r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux probl\u00e8mes de la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Tu sers o\u00f9 tu veux servir une communaut\u00e9 avec ton entreprise, ton activit\u00e9?
Alors c’est le moment id\u00e9al pour ralentir et regarder d\u00e9cortiquer le mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.
De le passer \u00e0 la loupe.<\/p>\n

Quels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les challenges ?
Les r\u00e9ussites ?
Les difficult\u00e9s ?
Des \u00e9motions \u00e0 lib\u00e9rer et accueillir ?
Celle qu’on ne veut pas ce trimballer dans son nouveau mois?<\/p>\n

Deuxi\u00e8me jour avant:
Le m\u00eame que le premier en une version plus soft.<\/p>\n

Deuxi\u00e8me jour maintenant:
Je connais le processus des r\u00e8gles et \u00e0 quoi il sert!!!
Et c’est un MAXI CADEAUX!!
Pas toujours facile \u00e0 recevoir, je vous l’accorde.
Mais je continue \u00e0 prendre des moments pour moi et je me pose des questions sur les d\u00e9cisions \u00e0 prendre:<\/p>\n

Qu’est ce garde et j’amplifie?
Qu’est-ce j’abandonne?
Ou au-je \u00e9t\u00e9 bonne ?
Est-ce que c’est comme \u00e7a que je veux driver mon entreprise?
Suis-je bien align\u00e9e \u00e0 mes valeurs?<\/p>\n

Troisi\u00e8mes jours de r\u00e8gles:<\/p>\n

Je commence \u00e0 sortir la t\u00eate de mon brouillard, je r\u00e9cup\u00e8re un peu d\u2019\u00e9nergie.
Je reconnecte avec ma strat\u00e9gie et je me repose \u00e0 nouveau dessus.
Je fais confiance \u00e0 ce que j’ai mis en place.<\/p>\n

Je commence \u00e0 \u00e0 avoir des d\u00e9sirs et des envies.
Que c’est t-il pass\u00e9?<\/p>\n

All\u00e9louia!! Certaines fois, c’est plus long \u00e7a d\u00e9pend.<\/p>\n

Les r\u00e8gles sont un moment d’introspection et de purification.
Soit on subit, soit on les utilise.
C’est aussi reprendre son pouvoir.
C’est un moment de connections puissante \u00e0 sa nature f\u00e9minine, sa nature int\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n

Le conseil:
Diminuer les actions (au moins un peu…..) et s’accorder un temps de bilan.
Regarder le mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent et toutes ces aventures que tu as v\u00e9cues.
Tu es pr\u00eate?
On est repartie pour 3 semaines….<\/p>\n
